1. Information We Collect

At Clic+ we collect only the data necessary to provide our service:

• Account data: name, email, country and preferred language.
• Business profile data: company name, business type, industry and description (optional).
• Usage data: number of messages sent, campaigns created and credits used.
• Payment data: processed by certified gateways (PayPal, Wompi). We never store your card details.

2. Purpose of Processing

We use your data to operate the platform, generate content with AI, manage your plan, send notifications and comply with legal obligations.

3. Your Contacts' Data

Important: Clic+ does not permanently store your contacts' numbers or emails. They are processed temporarily during sending.

4. Legal Basis

Contract performance, consent, legitimate interest and legal obligation (Law 1581 of 2012, LGPD).

HTTPS/SSL encryption, bcrypt for passwords, OAuth 2.0, continuous monitoring.

Supabase, Resend, PayPal/Wompi, Groq/Mistral/Google. We do not sell your data.

9. Cookies

Only cookies necessary for session and authentication. No advertising tracking.

10. Retention

Data kept while your account is active. Deletion within 30 days after cancellation.

11. Changes

We will notify you by email of significant changes.
